How long we keep your data
We don’t share any data with any other organisations. We only store clients’ details while they remain clients of ours. This is usually an initial period of either 10 or 25 years. After this time, they have the option to renew their copyright registration for a further period. If a client doesn’t renew their copyright registration we delete their details within 6 months.
What rights you have over your data
You can request details of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Your contact information is only used for us to contact you. It is not shared or otherwise distributed with any other company or third party. All data is securely stored for our use only.
